These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Brandkrity website at brandkrity.com and your purchase of the Brandkrity 1-Year Digital Marketing Strategy Consultancy and related services ("Services"). By using this website or purchasing the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
The Services consist of digital marketing strategy consultancy provided over a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, together with the stated bonuses: a one-time audit of your existing website, landing page or funnel; a 30-day social media content calendar prepared for your business; and a one-time review of your Meta Ads account with improvement recommendations.
The Services are advisory in nature. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Brandkrity does not execute campaigns, manage ad accounts, publish content, or build assets on your behalf under this offer.
2. Pricing and payment
The promotional price for the Services is Rs 12,000 (one-time), against a regular price of Rs 1,20,000 per year. Promotional pricing is available for a limited period and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider; your access to the Services begins upon successful payment.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your business, and timely access to the materials reasonably needed to deliver the Services (for example, links to your website or funnel, and read access to your Meta Ads account for the review).
- Implementation of recommendations is your responsibility (or that of any vendor you engage).
- You confirm that you are purchasing the Services for business purposes.
4. No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — including your market, offer, budget, execution, and platform behaviour. While we bring our best professional judgment and research to every recommendation, we do not guarantee any specific revenue, lead volume, ranking, or other business result.
5. Refunds and cancellations
We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you decide the consultancy is not right for you, email us at support@brandkrity.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically reflect within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. After the 7-day window, the purchase is non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
All strategies, audits, calendars, recommendations and other materials we deliver are provided for use in your own business. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them. The Brandkrity name, logo, and website content are our property and may not be used without permission.
7. Confidentiality
We treat non-public business information you share with us for the purposes of the consultancy as confidential, and we expect the same in return for our deliverables and methods.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandkrity's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Services in cases of abusive conduct, unlawful use, or material breach of these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Services at any time; fees remain subject to the refund policy above.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bardhaman, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
